Refund & Cancellation Policy

CURRENT STATUS

Lavin AI is in beta and free to use. Paid plans shown on the Pricing page are not yet available for purchase, so no charges are currently taken. This policy describes the intended terms once paid checkout is enabled and will be confirmed at that time.

SUBSCRIPTIONS (PLANNED)

• Subscription plans (e.g. monthly/yearly) renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to the free tier. No partial/pro-rated refunds for unused time unless required by law.

ONE-TIME PURCHASES (PLANNED)

• One-time purchases (e.g. a single download credit) are consumed when used and are generally non-refundable once the deliverable has been generated/downloaded, except where required by law or where the service failed to deliver.

FAULTS / SERVICE FAILURE

If you were charged in error or a paid feature failed to deliver, contact info@allsafer.uk and we will investigate and provide a fix or refund where appropriate.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Statutory consumer rights (including any applicable EU/withdrawal rights once an EU entity is established) are not affected by this policy.
