Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of getlavinai.com and the E-CV and E-HRM products (“the Service”), operated by Sarwar Mohammed trading under All Safe (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
THE SERVICE
Lavin AI provides AI-assisted tools to build and optimize resumes/portfolios (E-CV) and to post jobs and rank candidates (E-HRM). The Service is currently in beta and offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis; features may change.
ACCOUNTS
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to break security, scraping, or submitting another person's personal data without a lawful basis (relevant to E-HRM recruiters, who are responsible for their lawful handling of applicant data).
YOUR CONTENT
You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. your CV). You grant us the limited right to process it solely to provide the Service to you (including sending necessary content to our AI provider to generate results). You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content you submit.
AI OUTPUT
AI-generated suggestions, scores, and rewrites may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or submitting it. We do not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g. interviews, hiring, ATS results); demo figures on the site are illustrative.
PLANS, BETA & PAYMENTS
The Service is currently free during beta. Paid plans are described on the Pricing page and are not yet active for purchase; pricing and features may change before launch. When paid checkout is enabled, applicable plan terms and the Refund/Cancellation Policy will apply.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service, branding (“Lavin AI”, “E-CV”, “E-HRM”), and software are owned by us. These Terms do not transfer our IP to you.
DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from AI output or service unavailability. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
TERMINATION
You may stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
CHANGES
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
GOVERNING LAW
[To be confirmed once the operating entity/jurisdiction is finalized — likely the jurisdiction of the company being established. Until then, disputes are handled in good faith; finalize this clause before enabling paid plans.]
