Acceptable use
Use E-CV for its intended purpose: building and sharing your professional profile. Don’t upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, contains malware, or impersonates another person. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service or abuse it through automated means.
Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload — your CV, your projects, your media, your words. By uploading you grant E-CV the limited license needed to host that content, render it on your public pages, generate derivatives such as PDF exports, and serve it to people who visit your shared links.
Our rights
We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service. We may also change or discontinue features at any time, although we’ll try to give reasonable notice for significant changes.
Account termination
You can stop using E-CV at any time. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your profile, projects, resumes, and associated files from our primary databases promptly. Backups may take longer to expire.
No warranty
E-CV is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will meet every expectation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months — if any.

We’ll update this page when our terms change. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
